Big Adventures Make The Best Summer Memories

School’s out, and a whole world of adventures is waiting! At Kid’s First Childcare Center in Layton, Utah, our Summer Camp gives children ages 5 through 12 the freedom to explore, make friends, and experience the world beyond the classroom. With exciting field trips, STEM activities, nature-based play, and engaging weekly themes, every day brings fresh opportunities to learn, grow, and have fun.

Field Trips Bring Learning Into The Real World

Campers enjoy multiple field trips every week, visiting exciting local destinations and exploring the community around them. From discovering aviation at Hill Air Force Base to exploring marine life at an aquarium, these experiences introduce children to new ideas, spark curiosity, and help them connect what they learn to the real world. Best of all, field trips are all included!

Summer Adventures Inspired by Kids

Our summer program is designed around the interests and ideas of the children attending each year. During the spring, children help us plan summer activities by sharing what they would like to learn, create, and explore. Teachers use their ideas to develop engaging experiences that may include art, science, outdoor adventures, creative projects, games, and special activities.

STEM Adventures Inspire Young Thinkers

Exciting activities, investigations, and experiments encourage campers to ask questions, test ideas, build, create, and solve problems through hands-on experiences. With interactive science stations, sensory tables, and engaging projects, children develop critical thinking, creativity, and confidence while having fun.

Nature-Based Play Makes Every Day An Adventure

At Kid’s First, we believe some of the best learning happens outdoors. Our spacious outdoor play area provides plenty of room to run, explore, and connect with nature. As a nature play-certified center, we create opportunities for children to enjoy gardening, mud kitchen activities, and hands-on experiences with the natural world.

Qualified Teachers Make Every Adventure Count
